ARE YOU CURRENTLY BEING THREATENED BY CUNY ADMINISTRATORS?Have you been a victim of this serial abuser (Colleen Barry) or other college administrator? Have you left a meeting with this woman horrified by her behavior and thinking to yourself, "This can't be legal!" Well you're NOT ALONE! Colleen Barry, has been abusing students for over a decade at Hunter College and will use gaslighting and carry out acts of extreme aggression. to confront these and other abuses. Tip #1 DOCUMENT AND RECORD ALL INTERACTIONS She will say that you're not allowed to record your conversation with her. Multiple legal lawsites state that only one party (yourself) needs to have consent to record a conversation. She wants you not to record because she will engage in horrible tactics that would not stand up to examination under the light of day. Record any and all conversations with University administrators be it written, in person and so forth. Never give up your rights! Record EVERYTHING... ALL THE TIME... and cc and forward your emails to djelf7@djelf7.com and kedens@gmail.com We are collecting all the evidence! TIP #2 DO NOT TRUST the Faculty Student Disciplinary Committee The students and faculty are highly influenced by college administrators. The FSDC is not transparent and many attempts to get information via freedom of information act laws have been ignored. The administrators forbid contact with members of the FSDC and do not make the procedures of any hearing with such a body public. This body provides a greater level of plausible deniability for administrators. This court is the definition of a Kangaroo Court. Please share any information you have on this deliberately mysterious organization. TIP #3 How to understand legal help. You can't buy loyalty and you can't buy integrity. CUNY is highly connected to electeds and to people in the media and legal system. If you want to find a lawyer then you should seek lawyers that have a history of success in suing CUNY. A table of lawyers who have sued CUNY is provided below.
